Well Im a 6 in womens and most of the time it is around a size 4-4 1/2 in girls....it all depends on what brand it is but almost all I have found are around that area...
3%26#039;s are normally way tooo small for me and 5%26#039;s are close to 7%26#039;s or 8%26#039;s in womens!

Well I%26#039;m between a size 4.5 and 5 and I wear 2.5 - 3 youth. I would guess size 4 would fit you if you%26#039;re a 6.
Reply:Most stores only carry children shoe sizes unti the size 51/2 anything bigger than that is women%26#039;s sizes.
Reply:if ur a womens shoe size six, u cant wear childrens. there biggest is usually 3 - 4 1/2. which is sometimes smaller than a size 5.
